THE FARM

Hallfield Farm Ltd. is a fifth-generation family farm in Stunning Patearoa, Central Otago. Originally a sheep and beef farm, the farm has evolved over the years and now focuses on beef cattle, dairy grazing and a variety of crops, including wheat, barley, peas, and sunflowers.

Looking after the land is at the core of what we do. We see it as our responsibility - not just for our farm today, but to ensure the land remains healthy and productive for generations to come. Good soil, clean water, and a thriving environment are the foundation of everything we grow and produce. By working with the land and nurturing it, we hope to further improve it for the future.

Hallfield Farm is also home to Patearoa Honey. The bees work across our paddocks and surrounding landscapes, gathering nectar from some of the most untouched areas of Central Otago. It’s here, under the big open skies, that our bees gather nectar from some of the purest landscapes in New Zealand, producing the delicious, delicate clover honey we are proud to share with you.
